Pressure Care
Care Outcomes Team are trained in the importance of pressure care, treatments, support available and equipment that may support with skin integrity.
Our teams can support with and are given training on:
- correct sitting and lying positions
- how our clients can adjust their sitting and lying positions
- how best to support feet to relieve pressure on heels
- any special equipment clients may need and how to use it
Care Outcomes work closely with our District Nursing Teams and Community based Healthcare Professionals in providing the right level of support for those clients who require support with skin integrity and pressure care.
