Home Dialysis
Care Outcomes understand that our clients on home dialysis should be allowed to have a good quality of life.
If you’re otherwise well, you should be able to:
- drive
- exercise
- go swimming
- go on holiday
Most people can remain on dialysis for many years. Care Outcomes work closely with our District Nursing Teams and Community based Healthcare Professionals in providing the right level of support for those clients who are on home dialysis. Care Outcomes can also assist and chaperone our clients to and from their hospital dialysis appointments – thus giving the reassurance and support required.
