Domicillary Care
Care Outcomes provide Domiciliary care to people who live in their own homes and require additional support with house hold tasks such as; Personal Care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Anyone at any stage of life could require domiciliary care including those with learning disabilities, mental health problems, sensory impairment or physical disabilities.
With Domiciliary Care, you or your loved one can continue to stay within your own home. Care Outcomes provide ongoing support that’s completely tailored around your needs and routines.
Many individuals and families are choosing domiciliary care, also known as care at home, because it allows them to be in complete control of the support they receive.
With Care Outcomes you can choose from a range of domiciliary care services that we provide. Support can be as little as 30 minutes to several visits a day or week. We also offer the option for live in care within your own home or maybe support overnight should you wish to receive this.
