Companionship & Assisted Breaks

At Care Outcomes, we know that care isn’t just about the practical tasks. Providing an excellent care service includes offering support with social and emotional needs.

Our staff are trained to listen – it’s such an important skill and so often overlooked in our busy world!

We want our clients to see their care support workers as companions who help make day-to-day living a more enjoyable experience.

Care support workers are happy to keep clients company in their own homes, go on short trips out and assist on short breaks away.

Loneliness and isolation can be very difficult to deal with, especially for those of us who find it difficult to get out to meet other people. It’s important to maintain confidence and positive self-esteem. Our care support workers are the friendly face their clients look forward to seeing.

“To the girls from Care Outcomes who came in as my carers but left as my friends – thank you.” – Lynn
